Product Development/ Marketing/ Promotional Achievements:
Products and product knowledge expanded
gradually as the time went by… and ABCaP
maneuvered the product and service line according to
the public demand. During the first six months of
business, sent out three sets of flyers in the
neighborhood. Quickly after, it was only word of
mouth. Excellent customer service and marketing
are the focus of their business.
One-on-one marketing was done by the owner going door to
door in corporate and small offices introducing the new
business.
3. Demonstrated
Growth/ Expansion:
Demonstrated growth within the first year.
Excellent communication and excelling in customer
service brought customers to ABCaP
from its competitors.
Expansion:
Quickly realizing what the people want, ABCaP
expanded the service by introducing printing. This
really took off in Offset,
Full colour and Thermography printing.
While doing desktop designing on-site and quickly
designing what customers want came in handy for quick
approvals, and hence quick turn-around for jobs.
And as the saying goes….”once a customer is happy,
he/she will bring more business and more people in your
door”. This worked like a magic and ABCaP
also expanded introducing “Paging
Service” and “Cellular
phones” and “Western
Union Money Transfer” service (these
services have since been discontinued to divert more
attention to other aspects of the business). In 1999 yet
another service was introduced which has not only helped
business bring new and more people in the door, but also
helped other plaza vendors increase their business
tremendously. This was “TICKET
MASTER”. Since the introduction of
Ticket Master, the business has tripled. On an average
200 new faces walk-in the premises to pick up or buy
tickets. This has given excellent exposure to their
business and the entire plaza and other plazas in the
vicinity as well. In 2002, we introduced “SIGN
MAKING” and almost instantly it took
off.
4. Technical
Advances / Innovation: ABCaP
kept in touch with technology and
did needful to upgrade our equipments and services.
Introduced “Digital
Printing” and “On-site
Sign” making. Introduced “Computer
rental” and “Internet
/ Email services” by adding additional
computers. They also became authorized dealer of new
innovative tool called “Level
Logic” (Multi functional leveling tool)
invented by one of our customers.

Always striving for top level of Customer satisfaction
which is evident from the comments on the testimonial
page.
6. Community
Service:
·
1996 – present: Continuous support to
ethnic community and temple offering variety of services
for different events held throughout the year.
·
1997: Acted as Scarborough’s printing
station for “Welcome Wagon”. Prepared their
newsletters, brochures etc. at cost to them.
·
1998 – present : Offered free copies and
other specials to customers who received “Wishing
Well” quarterly newsletter.
·
1999 : Donated raffle gift to “Bequia
Social Organization” for the 10th
Anniversary Dinner and Dance celebration.
·
2003 : One of the sponsors of the “Greek
Dance Festival”. Printed show tickets and flyers.
·
2003 : One of the sponsors for “Seneca
Hill Day Care” by donating raffle gift (for silent
auction)
At
the moment ABCaP
is handling enormous amount of offset printing demand
from national chains of competitors offering them
guidance and support in terms of offset printing.
